I believe this type of roofing is called ‘Spanish-tiled’ or ‘mission-tiled’ in English speaking world; it could be called ‘Dalmatian-tiled’ or ‘Mediterranean-tiled’ on the same grounds, because it is a typical tile roofing around here.
Two small windows are those of bathroom / washroom.

Door frames and window frames were fabricated from the blocks of renowned Brač stone; by the way, many famous buildings around the world, including American White House, were built from that stone. When I took measurements for the purpose of potential future blinds, the tolerance in the frames was ±2 mm !
